These wines are perfect for fall. Cantine Colosi Sicilia Grillo, Lini 910 Lambrusca Rosato, and Tavernello . . .
Cantine Colosi Sicilia Grillo is a white wine from Sicily. This Grillo shows fragrant and floral aromas of jasmine and honeysuckle. This wine is also extremely marine-like in character with salty mineral and crushed oyster shell. Those mineral notes appear hand-in-hand with those more opulent peach and apricot flavors. Lini 910 Lambrusca Rosato has notes of red berry and crusty bread. The Lini Winery has always distinguished itself with its range of Lambrusco and has put in years of hard work, research and oenological trials to develop the use of the Metodo Classico (as used in the production in Champagne) for Lambrusco. Tavernello Montepulciano d'Abruzzo pairs well with fall herbs, but is also wonderful on it’s own. This Montepulciano from the Abruzzo region has ripe cherry fruit on the nose and a vibrant palate of red fruits. Item price includes transaction fee.
